Okay all you Death Valleyians................time to put'cher money where your mouth is! I've heard a lotta big talk about hangin' in Vegas after the ride..............now that Mary needs our travel info it's time to nail this down.
So..................who's up for 1 day? 2 days? No days? What's the plan? Is there a plan? Should there even be a plan?

Nicole, Steve and myself are going to stay two nights (fly back Tuesday). We don't care where (cheap(er), on the strip is nice). I think lounging by the pool without kids sounds like something I need!
I personally loved going to dinner as a group last year! What's a trip to Vegas without stopping at the Venetian for mexican!?
Mary and Tom will be staying two nights. The second night will be a big 0 birthday for Tom. We like pool action during the day and center strip at night.
I promise not to sit across from Tom 'n Mary this year at dinner. But I still plan on having mojitos, so whomever is unlucky enough to be near me...better hope Sarah doesn't make me laugh again.
I'm with Katie...dinner on Sunday night last year was outstanding, one of the highlights of the entire trip for me.
I just looked--lots of center strip hotels are less than $200/night right now...
We talked yesterday of the Flamingo. I looked online. Their prices are $130 for Sunday night, $120 for Monday night. So, $250 for two nights. They have a NICE pool area (http://www.harrahs.com/casinos/flamingo-las-vegas/casino-misc/pool-detail.html) with four pools, waterfalls, etc.
The ever clever hotel consumer Nicole said hotels.com had the room at Flamingo even cheaper - $126 and $116.
I forgot to mention - the Flamingo is right in the middle of the strip. Across from Cesars, Ballys/Paris & kitty-corner from Bellagio. Good location!
I just checked out photos of the Flamingo pool. Looks great. Let's stay there.
Done. Those staying in Vegas... shoot for the Flamingo. Sheidel's will be there, Steve & Katie Clark will be there... Nicole will be there. It's the place to be!
